Salt & Straw's chocolatiers and chocolate makers have crafted a series of flavors that push boundaries making it more than just ice cream, it is now modern art. Fran’s Almond Gold Bar Fran Bigelow (of Fran’s)handmade gourmet candy bars is added into Salt & Straw’s version of an ice cream her friends used to make for her in the `80s.
